Since the early 1970s, Ristorante Alte Kunst has welcomed guests in the heart of Tübingen’s old town. My father, Andrea Invitto, opened our family-run restaurant with a passion for authentic Italian hospitality and cuisine. Our spacious garden terrace in the peaceful Lammhof courtyard and the street café on Marktgasse invite you to relax, enjoy, and celebrate. For private or festive occasions, our cozy dining areas can accommodate up to 70 guests. Since May 2006, I have taken over the restaurant and continue to run it with my team in the spirit of our family tradition. Exit the main station toward the city center (Altstadt).
Walk straight along Bahnhofstraße, passing shops and cafés.
After about 600 meters, turn right into Karlstraße and follow it until you reach Holzmarkt.
From there, turn left into Marktgasse – you’ll find Ristorante Alte Kunst just a few steps ahead, located in the charming Lammhof courtyard.
